Rangoski Matters III Girls,Girls and only Girls

Caution : The below write-up is taken from a Psychology book and don’t blame me.

Universal Laws of Women :

Law 1: Women are Emotional-

They care more about how they feel than how they think. Generally, women tend to be less logical than men.

Have you ever seen hot babes giggling nonstop at some other men’s jokes which aren’t funny to you at all? Did you find yourself thinking, “Hey, that joke wasn’t funny at all…what’s wrong with her?”

See? You were using logic.

Women interpret humor differently and laugh for different reasons. And most women are easily disturbed by ideas that they are not used to.

It’s a natural self-protection mechanism.

Women are emotional and not logical. Play by this rule.

Law 2: Women are Instinctive-

Do you know that a woman typically decides her relationship with another man in the first half-minute from meeting him? That’s why “first impression” is emphasized so much by so many dating experts.

A woman almost always knows “instinctively” whether you can be a lover within minutes.

Women are instinctive. You should use it to your advantage.

Law 3: Women Want to be Dominated-

The reason women like power and fame is that they are looking to be dominated by the right kind of men. It’s nature. It’s in the blood.

All they need is a good reason. Being made laugh is a good enough reason.

Do you really think women want to control the men they like? Of
course not.

The fact is that one of the sexes always dominates the other. This is true everywhere in nature. It could be the male dominating the female or it could be the other way round…

Women sometimes take on the “dominant role” only to sift through the guys to find the ones they are willing to be controlled by.

Why do women “play hard to get” only in the beginning and not after the relationship?

Usually this happens to a woman at a subconscious level, so never ever point it out to her. She might “get offended” if there’s not enough intimacy between you and her yet.

Law 4: Women Want to Feel Smart-

If you are able to craft and present pieces of information together to a woman so that she can “get it” or say “oh, that’s how it works”, you have more power to make her do what you expect.

There are usually two means we can do this:

1.Release critical information one by one in conversations so that she’s feeling as if she’s “solving a mystery”. Women love that. And that’s why short stories often work better than one-liners.

2.Sometimes instead of telling jokes with obvious punch lines, crack a joke that takes her some time to “get it” (many adult jokes will do the job). You might want to keep an amused look the entire time so she doesn’t think it’s just a lame joke.

Law 5: Women Want to Picture Things-

This is also referred to as the imagery technique.

Basically, women love to picture things in their minds. This is in tandem with their inclination to feel.

Paint wonderful picture to women with your words. If you’re also in the
picture, congratulations, she’ll fall for you very soon if not yet.

Rangoski Matters II Corporate World

Last post just gave a schema about the corporate world completely portraying the bad face of it.But this post sheds light on the innocent face of the people who join this world with hope as their only source of strength.

In a metro city like Chennai, early mornings will always sight the innumerable Engineering college buses hurrying their way down the road picking up students from their locations to the destination.Despite fog, rain or cold wave parents will accompany their ward to the bus stop and will get a sigh of relief only when their boy/girl gets to the bus.

Everyday parents will say/not say….they will preach their son/daughter to study well so they will be placed in an IT job and settle their life without any problem.Today most of the students make it to the IT jobs and they are very clear with their vision. But my question is will this be a constructive interference or will it create an optimistic environment for them for survival. The answer is no…The real world is bad and specially corporate jungles have many cunning foxes and vicious crocs who can turn these ingenuous lambs and merry crickets to selfish individuals who do whatever they want for their goals.

Nobody is forcing them to chang to this mode but their environment does.Slowly they will reach peak and become ultimately bad in all aspects. This may be a exaggerating idea or parameter of IT but it is there creating more bad from the lesser good.

Most IT companies have changed the work/lifestyle of people which is very much appreciated but at the same time you should have some control over that or else it will burn you out.

One of my friend commented that instead of pinpointing others why don’t you start a company without any of these hassles. My answer was simple.I am ready to take up this herculean task but how many people can come with me and stay neutral. And I clearly know this cannot happen in a single day.The change has to happen within people and they should realize it.Till then we have to wait…

Rangoski Matters I Corporate World

Caution : This below write-up is prohibited to IT job lovers, admirers or what so ever they want to call, If you still want to proceed then step ahead and be careful of some barb wires.

Talking about corporates, being myself one I feel embarrassed to tell that this is the world filled with all kinds of power-hungry people who will do whatever they want if they want to grow.Frankly speaking, you should pull the legs of the other to come up.I hate all this kind of s**t thing and never knew it was there in IT/ITES world.

Often called as one of the highly paid jobs and more economy generating one, it never paid for the real happiness of the employee/personnel.You can argue that this is the most coveted job and gives you everything , but it has never made an individual make a think of how he came to this position.He/She thinks that they are the wonder creations of the GOD and others are at their legs.I may be wrong, yet most IT employees lack self-respect, responsibility and discipline and always will have an attitude as an white-collared guy.

Corporate is bad as it keeps you ion dark cold and out of which they will grow mushrooms (Courtesy: Ayan movie, Surya’s first dialogue).Yes he is correct.Because you are the substrate and everything will be sucked out of you and at the end they will give pea nuts.Even the best IT/ITEs/MNCs companies cannot control attrition rates.Everyday we are coming across lot of news about it (But we never take it seriously).Remuneration and the way people are treated will fetch you goodwill about the company everywhere and you can sustain them. But why it happens again and again in India? Maybe it is for giving topics to hot Debates and nothing for the country.

They say the governing principle behind corporates is, ‘Everybody is equal’. I am asking on what basis we are on the same equality ratio. In some top IT/MNCs you will be segregated as IIMs/IITs/Local colleges and your salary will be also divided in spite of all these guys having the same degree(UG/PG etc..)What the f**k do they really want??I am puzzled about this really………….

If such is the case, then they should have literally said only IITs/IIMs are recruited and others please don’t come here.I hate those conditional behaviour and attitude of the so-called f*****g IT/ITEs/MNCs.Yes, indeed they form an important part of the GDP of our country but what they have contributed to the growth of an individual, his attitude, his charisma….A shocking survey showed that India is leading in the world for Diabetes patients who are around the age of 25-35.

A developing country like India will substantially have a lot of youth and their progress is nation’s.If you are killing not killing….putting them on the verge of diseases then will you become a super power at 2020.Never you can…A nation should not narrow itself to one particular stream and say they are grown up in that. You should have a rotund growth in all areas.

At the Post Office

Recently I was in a post office to send a MO to my native place. I was standing in a queue waiting for my turn just when I noticed an old man(an Anglo-Indian) probably at his 80s getting the stamps from the post master for the envelopes he had.I sneaked in from the side and saw that it was a letter to his relatives in Australia.

He was asking something in english to the post master who couldn’t understand that and somehow he managed to interpret him.Actually, he was asking for a 20 rupee air mail stamp to be sent to his daughter in Australia. The post master was puzzled at first because he could not understand the old man’s English accent.

I was wondering at that old mans’ effort to send a postal mail when we now have options to send it by internet, mobile etc…But still old people are reluctant to use it and they feel this kind of mechanistic communication can never create a bond between people as a Letter creates.

I can still remember the day when I was taught how to write a (Inland Postal mail) Letter to my aunt living in southern Tamilnadu. Todays generation do not know about its significance and they only rely on the Mobile phone which gives instant talk/chat to your loved ones.Yes, I agree technology has given everything but at the same time it does not have the touch of a humane thought.
